I recently had a very bad experience with some renters who trashed a very nice place we had in this subdivision. Because of that challenge, I have had the opportunity to deal with several very reputable, local business people. I would like to make the following 2 recommendations. 

AJ Liquid Waste Haulers assisted me with a very reasonably priced pump-out of the holding tank and then troubleshooting and clearing of the main sewer pipe. (grease and kitty litter will get you every time) Gerry Jones' years of experience saved me literally thousands of dollars of extra costs that other waste haulers would have cashed in on. I am very grateful for this awesome company's professional service and performance!
JMA Wastewater Services, Inc., my new septic contract provider (the least expensive I've had in 16 years), completed a total repair and replacement of the septic system cover, controls and floats that had been damaged by that previous tenant. The pictures below show the very professional installation the owner, James Ashman, completed yesterday in the blazing heat. For an extremely reasonable amount, he rerouted all of the wires outside the tanks, created a float tree to protect my new floats and provided me with a superior looking, like-new set up that looks and operates much better than the original installation.

I would not hesitate to contact either of these awesome companies for any of your septic system needs. They are truly superb professionals!
